I have over 18 years experience in building dream teams internally for two of the largest non-union electrical contractors in the nation. My passion and strategic expertise enabled these companies to increase revenue by 400% and hire an average of 1.5k employees per year - and I want to do the same for you. During this time I met a construction headhunter guru, Marc Sablow. He became my mentor and uttered the words that would later became my professional purpose: “You’re beyond a talent acquisition expert - you’re a headhunter at heart.” With this in mind, M Squared (a nod to MM, my initials) was created.

I am very passionate about connecting with people. People give me purpose - both personally and professionally. Life is about relationships. To me, it's the "401k" for a meaningful life. I´m a strong believer that meaningful relationships and integrity make all the difference. My goal is to meet the needs of my clients - companies and candidates - while leaving them with a smile on their faces.

How We Work
1. Consult
First we consult with you to fully understand the role, develop and implement the strategy for candidate attraction, write the job profile and key criteria and identify target organizations.
2. Headhunt
Next, we headhunt and assess every candidate to determine if they are the right fit, and facilitate a weekly call to discuss our progress.
3. Present

After that we present the top recommended candidates, schedule and support the interview process, and facilitate a debrief of all final candidates.
4. Select
The final step is to assist you in assessing the final candidates and then notifying the selected candidate. We then oversee salary negotiations on your behalf.
